The Pros & Cons Of The Wild River Nomad Lighted Tackle Backpack

Pros
  • It has a very smart design that includes an amazing amount of useful compartments and pockets for storing all your fishing gears and other stuff to keep your hands free.
  • The built-in LED lights are a great help, especially for those fishermen who like to fish at night.
  • Despite putting heavy load on top, this tackle bag doesn’t sag at all.
  • It has a very good fit that’s real comfortable.
  • The zippers are made of heavy-duty plastic material, which removes user’s worries about corrosion, cracking, or twisting.
  • The included rain cover works well in keeping your bag’s contents dry and installs effortlessly and quickly.
Cons
  • Some consumers had problems with overheating and melting of the battery holder.
  • To avoid the previous con, users have to purchase branded batteries instead of the generic ones that come with this bag.
  • The retractable cable, which appears to be made from cheap plastic, breaks pretty easily.

The Bottom Line

Overall, the Wild River Tackle Teck Nomad Bag is the favorite of almost all serious and hobby fishermen who bought it for a good reason. It’s almost perfect and we believe that it is one of the best models you will find on the market these days.

The only real downside of the Nomad bag is its battery holder, which seems to melt when no-brand batteries that are used overheat. Fortunately, getting a replacement proves to be easy in most situations.

All in all, if you are the type of fisherman who usually takes long hikes to your favorite fishing spot, the Wild River Nomad Lighted Tackle Backpack w/4 PT3500 Trays is definitely a must-have item for you…
